Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Contact us to begin a return.
- Process of refund will be given back to the card it was paid with.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or clearance items
- Consignment items
- handmade or custom items
- Candle, soaps, perfumes, teas and other personal care items.
- Vintage or antique items (due to age and unique condition)
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for equal or greater value, based on item availability.
- If the exchange item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the same time of exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
- photos may be required to process the claim
- We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if approved.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipping.
Local Pickup Orders
- All local pickup orders not claimed within 7 days may be restocked
- No refunds will be issued for unclaimed pickup orders.
Final Sale Notice
All sales are considered final unless they meet the conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
